We have 6 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and 2 family rooms (one is disability friendly). We also have a guest lounge and a kitchen space.

  • Parking

    on street parking is available in the village. We are also on the main bus route between Belfast and Newcastle.

  • Breakfast

    We don’t supply a cooked breakfast but there are lots of cafes in Newcastle, Dundrum and Clough that provide excellent breakfast. If you have an early start we can leave a breakfast on your door that can be pre-booked. There are also cooking facilities available.

  • Exclusive booking

    The premises are ideal for groups or families. Please email info@roomsatmourne.com for a quote.

  • What do I need to bring?

    We supply everything you need for a comfortable stay. Towels, toiletries, ironing boards, irons, hair dryers, coffee making facilities are all available. We don’t have televisions in the bedrooms but we do have excellent wifi so feel free to bring a tablet with you to catch up on the news. We provide a TV in the guest lounge.

  • Check in

    Check in is carried out online before you arrive. You will receive an access code for the front door before you arrive and your key will be in your bedroom door. Your room will be available from 2pm.

  • Check out

    Check out time is 11.30. Just leave your key in the bedroom door and you are good to go.

  • Small pets

    Small pets are welcome however they mustn’t be left unattended in the rooms & also shouldn’t be brought into the shared areas.

  • Local amenities

    The village has two award winning restaurants – the Mourne Seafood Bar and the Bucks Head. Murlough Nature reserve is a 5 minute walk away. For the golfers we are 4 miles from Royal County Down and 20 miles from Ardglass GC. Dundrum is an ideal base for hill walking and cycling in the Mournes.
